How does copy trading actually work?+

When you copy a trader, every trade they open is automatically mirrored in your account proportionally. If they invest 5% of their portfolio in EUR/USD, the same 5% of your allocated copy balance is invested in the same position. You earn or lose in proportion to their performance.

When are profits credited to my account?+

Profits are calculated and credited to your account daily, based on the closed positions of your copied traders over the previous 24 hours. You can see your daily P&L breakdown in your dashboard at any time.

Can I stop copying a trader at any time?+

Yes, absolutely. You can pause, stop or switch traders at any point with a single click from your dashboard. When you stop copying, all open positions copied from that trader are closed at current market prices and your funds are returned to your available balance.

Is my money safe? What if the platform shuts down?+

All client funds are held in segregated accounts at Tier-1 banks, completely separate from the company's operating capital. Even in the unlikely event of insolvency, your funds are legally protected and returnable. We are also covered by FSCS (FCA) and ASIC investor protection schemes.

Can I copy more than one trader simultaneously?+

Yes. The number of simultaneous copy slots depends on your plan. Starter allows 1 trader, Growth allows 3, Elite allows 7, and VIP allows unlimited. Diversifying across multiple traders and strategies is a common approach to managing overall portfolio risk.

How are signal providers vetted?+

Every trader applicant goes through a mandatory 90-day live performance audit. We assess consistency, drawdown, win rate and risk management. Only the top 3% of applicants are approved. Once live, traders are reviewed monthly and can be suspended or removed if performance or conduct standards drop.

What are the fees?+

There are no subscription fees or deposit fees. The platform earns a small performance fee — a percentage of profits generated — which is only charged when your account is in profit. Spread costs apply to the underlying trades. Full fee schedules are available in your account agreement.
